Elm Motel

The Elm had the best price in the area. I asked a guest if the rooms were okay and he told me there were no bugs and the cleaning people were doing their job. So I gave it a shot. The lady at the desk was super nice and super accommodating to all my stupid requests. She even brought me a microwave when I asked for one. She deserves a hundred stars out of five. TV and channels were fine, and the Wifi was modern and good. Other than that, the room was barely ok. New flooring but the desk and nightstand were ancient. Big Lots has new ones for 100 bucks. I'm a vintage kind of guy but the bathroom really needed to be updated. if they did a couple upgrades, this place would be unstoppable!

Basic inexpensive no-frills motel. Our room (#1) on the end was clean and relatively quiet. Bed was comfortable and conducive to a good night's sleep. Reception was friendly and courteous. The AC, Wi-Fi, coffee maker, and plumbing all worked. The room shades blocked the outside light fairly well. There was a slight musty odder on entrance but turning on the AC quickly dispelled it, and it was not noticeable again. The room was properly labeled "smoke free" since there was no hint of any smoke odors. The TV cable wiring was a bit of a hodge-podge but did not interfere with our stay. The in-room refrigerator is a nice addition but froze some fruit we had put in it. I did not see a hair dryer.

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was spotless .. very impressed with the maintenance of the room paint etc was perfect. The bed comfortable. Staff friendly. The price was right. Convenient to the Big E.

The service I received from Janelle at the start of my stay until my check out was amazing . Her attention to detail was wonderful . The room was clean and overall I had a great experience with the services and the price was great . Will be back on my next trip.

This motel is a solid choice if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay. The rooms are clean and a good size, making them comfortable for a short visit. The bathroom is a bit on the small side, but it’s manageable. The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. For the price, the rooms are really good value. It’s a simple room but it gets the job done!
