Quality Inn Verona - Staunton North

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the front desk team went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. My room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and I loved the thoughtful touches—plush towels, quality toiletries, and a beautiful view from the window. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, keeping everything fresh and tidy.

Stayed one night Christmas Eve because of the reviews and was not disappointed. The gentleman at the desk was very pleasant. The room was clean and quiet. Not much for amenities and we didn't eat any of the complimentary breakfast, but it looked like a standard complimentary breakfast. If you're traveling through, this was an excellent place to call it a night and get some sleep. Pet fee wasn't outrageous either.

This was fine for a stopover for the night on our travels however the breakfast was terrible and the lobby bathroom was a biohazard. There was poop sprayed all over the toilet and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The breakfast wasn't even worth eating. There were biscuits and gravy but you could tell everything was old and reheated. The 'biscuits' were hocky puck consistency and were so dried out, I could only assume they had been on the toaster for hours or reheated several days in a row. The coffee smelled like chemicals so I can't imagine the last time the machine was cleaned out. My son went to put milk in his cereal and the milk was bad. The orange juice was so watered down that it just tasted like yellow water. If I could rate the breakfast it would be 0/10 b

We’ve stayed here several times on our travels. Beds are comfortable and bathroom is updated and clean. Easy on and off the highway. Breakfast isn’t any worse than any other hotel/motel. Perfect for our needs

On a cold winter's night, my room was cosy and immaculate. All the furniture and bedding seemed brand new. Wonder of wonders, the desk chair was actually comfortable! ||I also appreciate the good lighting at the desk, at the armchair, and at bedside. The bath area was deluxe, the hot water plentiful. ||Although bad weather meant the Inn was fairly full, I worked and slept undisturbed by any noise from other guests. That's the virtue of an older, extremely well-built building, now totally updated. ||I was delighted by my stay, and will return to this fine Quality Inn.
