I was staying nearby and unfamiliar with the area. I stopped here to double check the address and put on a sweater- two things unsafe to do while driving. I thought I’d be safe stopping here as I was a woman traveling alone. I was looking at my map when I was startled by a furious woman at my window. I explained why I was stopped there but she had zero empathy and seemingly no care for others. She barked at me to find somewhere else to check my map. So I did, and her rudeness is remembered.

This place is absolutely beautiful! Always decorated, clean, and feels homey! The service is awesome! If you need something all you need to do is call, the owners give you their cell numbers! They are new and have been there a few years. They really turned the place around for the better! Any issues, call, they will be taken care of! They check on everyone all the time and make sure everyone is ok. They do room checks and pest control once a month! They will also work with you and try to help you do better in life when you are struggling. They will give you a chance if you are willing to help yourself. As I am reading some of the other reviews, people are just ignorant. If you pay your rent, keep your place clean, don’t cause problems, and follow the guidelines in the contract that you rec

How fortunate to find such a great place to hang my hat! Comfortable furnished room, freshly updated with AC, microwave, full-size refrigerator and new bathroom fixtures. You'll get a friendly wave when you see the owners out and about doing upkeep around the property and you'll feel welcome and right at home.

Hi there! Me and my husband both are disabled and we need a place to live. My husband called penny the owner one day and she said she had a room available so we went and met her and her husband. They we're both very pleasant. After meeting with us she took a deposit from us and said the room was ours. We are very Christian people and we have church friends that like to help us out sometimes financially. A huge blessing for us!! Our church friend called penny and then after talking to our church friend penny called us and said she won't rent the room to us now. Gave our deposit back. We are still in need of a place to live now because of this. Penny claims to be Christian but she can not give us a chance. We would have been able to pay rent each month. Thanks a lot penny

Overpriced dive of an establishment owned, and ran by route 11 robbers. Queen bee, Penny the one cent wonder, seems very friendly, at first, when money is provided. This is a ruse to disguise the greedy, contemptible individual she truly is. With the current economic situation of everything being ridiculously overpriced, she seemingly takes great pride in squeezing residents of all funds to the point where they can't even afford a sandwich. She insists on being in everyone's business, constantly gracing you with her oh so priceless advice. She gives her daughter, also a resident, free reign to be annoying and obnoxious as she wants, with no reprimand. Almost as if dear, sweet Penny has her be disruptive.
