Quality Inn Union City US 51

This place was cool. The staff was friendly. The room appeared clean and so did the sheets. The bed was comfy and I slept wonderfully. The breakfast is typical but at least offered. I appreciated the space. I mean you do get what you pay for.

Cleanliness! The room had a hanger hanging on a lampshade from a previous guest. Toilet paper stuck in the peep hole from a previous guest. Dust everywhere. Floor was dirty. Fridge was making noise constantly. We honestly wanted to cancel the second night because the rate we were paying was definitely not worth what we were getting. In my opinion it was a rip off. Will definitely never stay again and probably never again at a quality inn.

We went for an overnight trip. The staff at the Hotel were great. Very friendly and accomodating. The room was very clean and roomy. The breakfast was hot and good. Will definitely stay here again. The pool looked very inviting but we didn't have time to get in.

The staff was excellent. Our only concern was that the shower could definitely use some upgrades, and there were bugs on the ceiling. We notified the front desk, and they changed our room immediately, and we had no further issues. Nice place for the price, but It definitely could use some upgrades

Clean rooms, everything functioned well. The staff was friendly, and they went above and beyond for their continental breakfast (a hot buffet with rotating protein and eggs, maintained by a sweet lady who greets everyone in the morning). I would have given it 5 stars were it not for their guest laundry: One washer wouldn't rinse and wring out clothes properly, and one didn't work at all.
