Hospitality House

So this place really sucked. They told me all they had left were smoking rooms. I dont see how since the parking lot wasnt that full. The room smelled horrible. The beds and bed covers however were clean and the towels were clean. The room was not. At all! Dirt all over the floors. Half empty water bottle under the a.c. as well as other trash on the floor. It looks as if it hasn't been dusted in months. Window was nasty. The door on cabinet is busted. Dirty pair of socks left in the drawer. Did not have couch or cute chair with table in room like in the picture. Tv remote (which is a roku remote) didnt have a back on it. Called front desk and I asked if I could get some bleach from them and said they couldnt do that. Why not? Walls are nasty, bathroom door is absolutely disgusting. Counte

Positive: The management responded courteously. Negative: It was very rundown, and the windows had spiderwebs with eggs. The furniture needed to be cleaned. Everything was old and in poor shape. The electrical outlets were very old and your plugs did not stay in. There was not convenient electrical outlets .

Our room was clean and comfortable. The room was dated and in need of an update. With Covid and the price of construction, wouldn't count on that happening anytime soon. The staff were friendly and helpful. We talked to Lori, who was very compassionate and helpful. The location is convenient to Discovery Park and Reelfoot Lake. A China Buffet, McDonald and Applebee's was next door. The China Buffet was very good. The price was reasonable.||||This a motel, not a hotel. I prefer staying in a hotel with entrance from the hall. When we arrived the outside lights weren't on, making it difficult to get into our room. Safety issue also. Lights were on when we returned from dinner. "I was immediately impressed with the young lady that is a house keeper there I think her name is neesha. She did an outstanding job, cleaning every area of the room .that the other housekeeper normally miss like the inside of the microwave and the window still.she was friendly, she was also very professional,, I can tell she is a very hard worker, Due to the fact she was the only one cleaning .. she left the hotel room clean and smelling fresh.. I booked a room for 3 nights Feb 13 2026. Upon entering my room I smelled dog poop. I kept checking my shoes. 20 min in, large dogs starting barking in the room beside me. There were cobwebs and filthy vents, a broken recliner and very musty bedding. I noticed many windows with the curtains open and starting looking inside. These rooms were dirty and had dog poop on the floor of one. There appeared to be many long term residents and drug traffic. I asked for a refund and was given only two days refund. She said housekeeping would have to go in because I had been in the room for 2 hours. I sat in a plastic chair and did not use the restroom. I could not force myself to stay. Where was housekeeping with the other rooms? I will never return.
