Positive: Every staff member was polite and helpful. Nice pool. Very close to Discovery Park. Wonderful breakfast and clean area. Negative: Very minor things. The beds seemed like they were quickly made. No trash bags in the trash cans.

The manager was extremely friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to accomodate us. However, the heated pool was very cold, which is why we chose this hotel over the others.

Everything was nice and clean. Bathrooms were really nice. Beds comfy, nice pillows. Slept great! What an awesome breakfast. Front desk lady was very helpful. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!!

The staff here are all so friendly and warm making sure your entire stay is satisfactory in every way!!|From the time we checked in they were so kind, getting us a room at 1am with no problems. |Our room was spacious and clean, not a speck of dust! Our beds were soft and warm and comfortable and I repeatedly slept past my alarm!|The shower was hot with strong pressure and plenty of fresh towels and quality soaps. The pool was clean and bathwater warm and the fitness center was fully loaded with two benches, a full wrack of dumbbells, two treadmills, and a bike. Pros: Front desk staff are awesome—friendly and helpful. Common areas are clean and well-maintained. Breakfast is exactly what you’d expect from a Holiday Inn—reliable and decent. The outdoor area is peaceful with a beautiful scenic pond view. Cons: If you’re staying more than one night, don’t expect a thorough room cleaning. Housekeeping mainly takes out the trash and replaces towels, but the beds are remade with the same sheets. Bugs in the rooms were a recurring issue during my stay, which was very disappointing.
