Quality Inn Thomaston

The front desk person was as pleasant as could be and a real bright light. The room we were in was quiet but the room itself left a lot to be desired. Even a coat of paint would have help. Everything was dingy, dull and slightly dirty. From the sheets, to the doors, to the shower rod. A little maintenance and heavy duty cleaning would have gone a long way.

I had to buy my own bleach and wash the bathroom floor and the toilet and the bath and washed all surfaces. The room was so smelly and very dark. The bed was full of bed bugs. The breakfast was horrendous. The Quality Inn cleaner must have used my bath sponge because it went brown instead of its usual white. I have never felt so squeamish in a room. The outlay of the room was not bad, it was quite nice and the shower was not bad...but extremely dirty and smelly with bed bugs. I had to ask them to change the smelly shower curtain and to unblock the bath drain which they did immediately. The bed bugs were the worst thing. I bought a new pill for myself. The staff were nice. They need to get better cleaning staff.

Cheapest in town so you get what I'm saying, not bad it's clean and the service is fair breakfast is pretty good, rooms need updated soon but overall I would stay again

110.00 per night? For 2 of the three days I had no towels or wash clothes. I had to go to thoffice and ask for them. Microwave is broken. No smoking room smelled like marijuana. I used to stay there a lot years ago and was a nice clean place. I will probably not be back. The cost vs benefit of the stay isn't equal.

Room was not very clean, woke up and found 2 roaches in the room. Could tell the linens are very old. Needs a complete remodel. Toilet and vanity are for extremely short people. Staff was rude. The room smelled and there was stains on the curtains and lamps.
