Quality Inn Tallahassee near University

This place was amazing! They will take good care of you. My husband and I started off in one hotel and had to leave because they didn’t like the fact that we had a service animal. So we decided to go to Quality Inn. and the experience was amazing. They treated us like family while we were stressed and looking for our new home here in Tallahassee. We relocated 3 months ago and have been in a hotel ever sense and the understanding and compassion from the staff was A+! Shout out to Jay and Dwight who made this experience one in a million. Y’all will not be forgotten. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!

I didn’t like the kiosk check in though the gentleman on the screen was very competent unlike the random guy that approached my girlfriend in the parking lot while I checked in. The room was clean other than the mysterious glob of stuff on the floor next to the bed. All linens seemed freshly washed and the appliances were clean and functional. The walls are thin enough that you can hear your neighbors talking and smell their dope smoke. I don’t know what in the hell people were dragging back and forth on the walkway all night but it was loud resulting in difficulty staying asleep. If I were old and crotchety this place would have been a problem…

Positive: N/A Negative: This hotel is disgusting. We checked out 1 day early (without refund) because bedbugs, plus felt unsafe. Do not stay here ever. Regretted the decision, it ruined our trip. We threw away clothes that had contact with the room for fear of spreading bedbugs

My stay was extraordinary as usual..I even got the room that I wanted. The kiosk was pretty simple to use There was a fraud on my card. Dwight to care of me and took my cash payment.His customer service skills were second to none.Give this man a raise or Im boycotting...10 out of 10..Jay was great as well during check in

Our first room smelled so much like urine we had to switch. The second room was okay as long as we didn't turn on the heater, which also smelled horrible. Staff tried to make things better, but could only do so much. Also, check in was by video and a kiosk machine. Just not a great experience.
