Quality Inn & Suites Wilsonville

Nicely refurbished. Good secure parking and neighborhood. Friendly staff. Good shower and amenities. OK breakfast. About half the rooms on one side subject to freeway truck noise, as property is on a hill just above I-5. Also, tricky to find entrance drive behind a mall, easy to mistake freeway on-ramp for an entrance due to sign placement. Wonder who uses the indoor pool?

Great customer service. Clean lobby, clean room with microwave and mini fridge. Well renovated. Great location. Very nice breakfast! Really a great spot to stay if you are close to the area. I would drive up to 15 miles to stay again. Recommend.

Room was clean and staff was friendly and accommodating. Location is by a well traveled highway. The constant noise from the traffic thru the night was loud. Had to use earplugs to drown out noise. The refrigerator had a noisy fan andvran all night. Breakfast bar was sparse. Only limited amounts and guests were taking items with no replenishment. There were several families with kids. Was worst Breakfast bar we had experienced.

Just another comfort inn, we had a decent stay from September 6th to the 7th. Now I am dealing with bedbugs. Go at your own risk, I am writing this review because I didn’t check before using their services and now the hotel cannot help me or give a refund despite my stay resulting in hundreds of even thousands in damages. I would not wish this on my enemy, nor do I wish anyone harm at the hotel, I only wish they could help and instead I got a lot of “um that sucks, wash everything I guess.”

We were disappointed with this Quality Inn branch. While the room itself was nice and spacious, we found black hairs in both the bathtub and the sink, which made it clear the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly. The breakfast was also very poor. I’m not sure if they failed a recent health inspection, but they were only serving pre-packaged meals—no hot food, not even waffles and poor selection. This isn’t mentioned on any booking websites, so you end up paying with completely different expectations in mind.
