Motel 6 Wilsonville, OR - Portland

The most disgusting room I have ever stayed in. At least 10 juvenile cockroaches in the room. in the walls. behind beds, desk. etc. Room smelled of cat urine. Had to leave at 4am and sleep in my car. No other hotels were open. Would rather that then sleep with the roaches. they have plenty of staff and cameras but none competent enough to deal with bugs. Also only ONE outlet and its on the opposite side of the bed, taken up by all appliances in the room. so pick which one you'd rather have, tv, mini fridge, lamps, microwave, or charge your phone.

We booked this hotel a day before and after a week long camping trip. The price was very good, and it was clean as a whistle!! I was surprised because I had never been in a Motel 6 in my life, but it was fine. There were no frills at all, no shampoo or hairdryer or coffee in the room, but there was coffee down in the lobby all the time, so that was good. The floors are not carpeted, because they take pets, so it was not as cozy and warm as I like, but both rooms we stayed in were very clean and looked to have been freshly painted. There were even flowers and a fountain out in front which I loved!!! AND the second night we were there they had just gotten brand new Beautyrest mattresses in all the rooms, so that was fantastic!!! This place is truly DISGUSTING. Shower/tub was rusted, had black stuff all over, someone else's hair... and I unfortunately had to bathe my infant son in it. No high touch surfaces (like light switches) were wiped down. The AC didn't work at all which sucked because the place was muggy and gross; the AC unit was also extremely dusty- just another thing that has clearly never been cleaned. Whole place has that old, dingy smell. Pillow was about the thickness of a sheet of paper. Fridge is old and yellowing. Everything was just outdated and icky. This place needs to be redone like yesterday. Absolutely foul- will never stay here again. Cannot believe I paid real money for this place. Staff was anti social, people hanging around seemed sketchy. Location was pretty good, that's all I have to s
