Quality Inn & Suites Willows

Great experience! Saw there were a few negative reviews but we decided to stay anyway since this was a good halfway point between Seattle and San Diego. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a well-lit and clean parking lot with tons of room for the dog to run. Lots of food choices nearby. We have stayed at close to 50 Choice branded hotels and this one is easily top 10.

This hotel was remodeled 2 years ago. Still no outside landscaping, pool looked nice. No elevator- we got a king suite upstairs. Large room with a jacuzzi (didn't use). Despite updating/remodeling, the tub had significant stains in it. Bed was comfortable. Towels good. Breakfast was just acceptable-bagel, toast, yogurt. Our check in clerk was outstanding.

Okay I've seen a lot of negative reviews about this hotel, and I have to disagree. I will say yes, the outside door is loud if other guests are rude enough to slam it instead of closing it gently, however it is really nice having so many entry and exit points along the parking lot, especially since they only open of you have a room key. We did find a few long black hairs around the room however, other than that, the place is great. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the bathroom is pretty nice in my opinion. Housekeeping knew we didn't want service, we were there for 2 weeks, we never saw one unless we wanted to, and we really appreciated our privacy in that regard.The pool is really nice, and having a washer and dryer was nice! The room was dirty—hair in the bathroom and crumbs and old food on the floor. But the beds redeemed it all! Very comfortable! And the youth lady who checked me in was fast and efficient

This was one of the worst stays I’ve had. No hot water, the refrigerator was extremely dirty and the breakfast was horrible with only coffee and Apple juice to drink. I pre paid on Expedia but was still charged twice with a hundred dollar deposit. I called to speak with the manager but he wouldn’t talk to me. This is the first review I have ever left, I understand mistakes happen but to this extent is ridiculous.
