Quality Inn & Suites West Helena

My room was clean, nice, and updated (pic is as I was leaving). I had a totally quiet and peaceful time, and the customer service was great! Their key card system is down, so someone has to let you into your room. This was no problem for me, but it may be difficult to navigate in certain circumstances. I heard from others that this is the best place to stay in Helena-West Helena after I'd booked.

Positive: The breakfasts were good. Negative: Room had crickets, sheet had holes in it and dingy, fan in bathroom didn't work and vent was falling down, tv remote needed batteries, exercise room out of service most days, pool out of service, went to front desk several times with no one at front desk

I get the same room pretty much when I'm there. It's always clean when I get there. I just wish I could get helped with 2-3 free nights after all the stays I've incured.

Need to upgrade TV's,. Appliances need to be upgrade or cleaned on top of them, you could see the dirt has gotten hard, no working phone service. Families has been staying at this hotel almost every year for Reunions,, Funerals and other reasons, because it was the better hotel. If you make small changes. Family will not go to the Casino to stay. This time we had so many of our family members staying at the Casino in Mississippi.They will come back to the Best Western (asa) Quality Inn your hotel was the best back then. Our families loved the Best Western.

The lady that checked me in was phenomenal. I had accidentally booked at another location in a different state. She assisted me in any way possible to cancel a mon refundable reservations.. She was so warm, patient, and polite. My new reservation was on the second floor and I had my elderly mom with me. We proceeded to the vehicle to the room, the clerk ran out and said someone had just canceled on the first floor and provided us with updated keys because climbing the stairs would’ve be too much for my mom. This lady is a jewel to this establishment, and made my stay so much more than just a stay. The encounter was awesome. I believe her name is Cassie, I’m terrible with names 😩 The room was fresh and clean and the breakfast was good too.
