Delta Inn

This is a basic, no-frills roadside motel from the 70's, so don't expect the Four Seasons. I have now stayed twice: October 2024 and 2025 for multiple nights. Every time the room has been very clean, no sign of insects, and well maintained/nothing broken or out of place. Heat/ac works well and is very quiet. Surroundings very quiet, no rowdy neighbors. Furnishings are relatively recent and older fixtures well kept and clean. Plenty hot water. There is a microwave and good sized fridge. Billing straightforward and accurate. Friendly, helpful office staff. No problems, no issues. However, be advised: - No Kleenex - No clock - No desk or table I would definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed at the Delta Inn. We had no problems at all. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was an upholstered chair in the room, which was a nice touch. The television was dated--it was the old kind, not the flat-screen television we have now. Yet it worked. There was also desk space, a desk chair, a microwave, and a refrigerator. It was rather basic, but we didn't lack a thing that we needed. We met Dorothy, the very sweet and personable woman who is the manager there, in the morning. The continental breakfast consisted of cereals(including oat meal), loaves of bread(still in their packages), juices, and coffee. It was a good deal and we left happy.

Room was filthy. COUCH looked like someone vomited on it. I had to get cleaner and rags to clean the dirt ring out of the tub. Stained sheets. We did not stay. We went to another hotel. They refused to refund. I'm going to corporate office. That is if they even have one.

Our room was clean. It was easy to get in out of the parking lot. One strange thing. There was no phone hookup in the room. The phone cord from the phone was missing.

Not what im custom to ut for the town I was in it was da best available and I was cool with dat but just be prepared for mediocre accommodation
