Crown Inn & Suites

I paid for this room in full and was put out after an incident, yet somehow that meant my money just didn’t matter. No refund. No partial credit. No attempt at resolution. Nothing. If I paid for a service and didn’t get to use the full time, there should at least be a conversation about reimbursement instead of being treated like I was completely disposable. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was beyond frustrating. Policies are one thing, but fairness and accountability should still exist. This was handled poorly from start to finish, and I’m extremely disappointed.

I wish I could rate NO STARS at this moment. The room I was placed in wasn't worth $50 a night. I feel like if you're going to go up on price, at least make your room worth the price. Bedding and towels were like a off white. The paint on walls were dirty looking. No lamp on night stand. If you're gonna add luxury soap well at least have your rooms look luxury like 🙄😒 my boyfriend and I is very disappointed 😞☹️we thought our experience would be worth the stay since we had no choice to come to a room due to the freeze weather. If our pipes weren't frozen, trust we would've stayed home for $50🥴

BEDBUGS!!!! I found bedbugs in the bed with my two yr old 🤢 I asked for my money back and they refused. If I hadn’t been so tired from traveling I NEVER would have stayed here! Delta inn is the same price go there instead! The rooms are newer and more up to date and no roaches or bedbugs and better customer service.

It was very nice, We really didn't need anything because we had everything with us. The only thing that was wrong was the frame around the door it was broken like someone had kick the door in. My niece & I had a ball. Thanks

Very accommodating staff. Room was clean, quiet, a little disrepair in ceiling. Good bed, AC. Not the best but not the worst by a long ways. Great price.
