Quality Inn & Suites Virginia MN

This is definitely a 2 star hotel. Staff is Great! Owners, however could not give a crap! Clearly not doing anything to invest in basics, even something as simple as a decent breakfast and waffle makers that work! At the cost paid per night for a VERY POPULAR youth sporting event venue, Virginia MN, these owners need to take a serious look at their process. What a HUGE disappointment, staying at this hotel!

Positive: Nice hotel, comfortable beds, breakfast was average. Staff was friendly and helpful. Negative: Location wasn't the greatest. Lot of lgbt stores and other less desirable stuff close to the hotel so I wouldn't recommend it for families with little kids.Rooms were dated but clean. Hot tub was broken down.

The rooms were clean, and the location was just fine. The breakfast was pretty basic, but we were there for a hockey tournament so you never expect much. We did have a “Team Party Room”, so that was a bonus. I want to give a shout out to Jillian at the front desk. We left behind something in our room. She went and checked, and called me right back that she had found it! She assured me it will be mailed out with tomorrow’s mail. The staff was friendly and the breakfast area and pool clean and well maintained. Subway is directly across the street and several bars within walking distance. Thanks Jillian for helping us out. You’re the best!

This hotel is the highlight of my month. I travel at least two weeks a month and stay at hotels all over MN, WI, and MI. It is such a blessing to find a soft bed, a warm pool, and great staff. I absolutely LOVE the pool. It is such a treat to swim in a warm pool. I'll be back next month. Please keep it just as warm. Thanks!

Building is old, and I'm guessing it has an interesting past (lots of character!) Hot tub not functioning. Pool water seemed warm but pool area temperature was not very warm. Room was satisfactory(definitely large) but was an adventure to find. Would stay here again since the price was cheaper than similar options.
