Pine View Inn

We had two rooms for 3 nights in October 2025. Each room was different, one had a queen bed and stand-up shower (#10), shower worked but fixtures were old, they worked but not great the rest of that bathroom was updated and functioned well. This room also had a larger fridge with freezer which was nice. AC in this room was difficult to reach controls but standing on the bed made it accessible. Second room (#11) had a king bed and fully updated bath with tub and shower combo that worked beautifully. It also had a utility sink next to a small fridge that freezes everything and small microwave. Wall AC was more accessible. Both beds were very comfortable, no bugs and large ROKU TVs with Cable but not able to use ROKU unless you have your own Wi-Fi. Free WIFI was useless. We felt safe

Front desk people are very rude, apparently presence isn't important being that the young women didn't wear under garments that wasn't fitting for a front desk representative. Cleaning people don't do there job at all, I think they come in vacuum one strip go through your things and leave , the manager seems like he's even surprised he has the position , because he's obviously never ran or managed Anything . Rooms were decent , mine was out dated but my buddy's was remodeled so there trying .

Our room could've been slightly larger & the air conditioner didn't seem to cool the room enough at night. We were in room # 21. Otherwise it was great. Location was close enough to walk to restaurants. When had a question or asked anything from the staff they responded immediately. We would definitely stay here when we come to this area again .

The place didn’t look very good from the outside, but my room was nice, spacious and clean, the Internet in my room did not work at all, I hope they fix that someday soon, other than that, I would recommend this place, especially if they lowered their price because I thought it was priced way too high for what you get!

It is what it is. It’s a small town hotel motel with available rooms in the middle of the night a little expensive kind of smelled like smoke, but the beds were comfortable and clean.
