Quality Inn & Suites University

Everything about this hotel was super good. Hot tub was nice. Rooms were clean. Only problem was at 830am we get a knock on our door. It was the cleaning staff asking when we were checking out. When check out was 11am. Traveling across the country and coming into the town during a snow storm we decided to sleep in. A bit rude. When asked the staff why, they said oh just wondering and proceed to knock on everyone elses door. Found it very unprofessional and just over all rude.

I stayed at the Quality Inn recently and was impressed by how clean everything was and how friendly the staff is! The room felt fresh and well-kept, and check-in was quick and smooth. The staff made us feel welcome and were really helpful, especially with my two little kids in tow. Great spot if you want a clean, comfortable place and great service.

Shower curtain rod was about to fall off the wall. Toilet seat wouldn't stay up. Shower water pressure was low despite GREAT pressure in the tub and sink. Overall, great stay and we will certainly be returning. Comfortable beds, nice amenities and descent breakfast.

Staff was very accommodating in finding me a room with a comfortable chair with ottoman. I have asthma and sometimes need to sit up at night.

Good location is all I can say. We were driving through last night and needed a room. The good hotels were booked so this “hotel” was charging $209 for a hotel that should be called The Dollar General Hotel. The amenities are LESS than the quality you would find at the dollar general. The shampoo was odorless, tiny bar soaps from 1989. Now if this hotel charged what it was worth about $69 dollars I would not be posting this. But when you charge the range of Hilton. You better deliver! The food was disgusting. No staff to be found anywhere other than behind the desk. Again. A Dollar General hotel at Hilton prices. I wish we had just kept driving. Do yourself a favor and avoid this absolute rip off of a dump. The picture below from the bathroom explains it all!
