Quality Inn & Suites Towanda

Tanya at the front desk/food service/housekeeping was AMAZING! She was on top of her game, for sure. She made sure everything was stocked up from butter to towels. Even though there was a glitch with the coffee machine, she knew who to call and even asked to be shown (if it ever happened again) to take care of it! Always smiling, she made our visit special. Truly we were treated like family!

I reserved the accessible room with two double beds and roll in shower (would have preferred an accessible room with a king bed but not sure if this hotel offers one). When we first went into the room, I wasn't even sure if it was an accessible room as there was barely enough room for my husband to maneuver his wheelchair. He was able to store it next to the closest bed to the door with barely enough room. The room smelled musty as did the hallway going to the room. The room is advertised as having a roll in shower but it really isn't. There are bars in the shower and a shower chair but there is a pan so it is not really a roll in shower as we would not have been able to get the wheelchair into the shower. Advertised as having pool, room was set at 66 degrees and couldn't turn off the fan or air conditioning ( new battery need to be installed) TV wouldn't turn on and electrical plug in needed to be fixed. The free morning breakfast...I thought there was oatmeal only to find out it was a sausage gravy which had seperated. I then took a small Danish, one bite and it was stale and dry. The coffee was from a machine that served an instant coffee. You can see on the sign by the pool that it's been closed since 2020,( when asked they said it needs repairs.) Will never stay there OR suggest this place to anyone.

Several 110 outlet plugs were to loose to make contact to charge accessories. Check in and out was easy. Although I didn’t have any puppies traveling with me on this trip - I do appreciate them being a pet friendly hotel.

very friendly place clean, they served a very nice continental breakfast, they are pet friendly . we stayed for 6 nights and we sometimes left our dog in the room and no one bothered the room we were not worried , they had. area where you can bbq in the back . rooms were clean comfortable bed, the tv had cable so you can watch tv, very nice motel.
