I literally was worried after reading the reviews here, then while my husband was checking us in I ran in and ask to see the room they had us staying in before paying and I can tell you the reviews are a straight up lie. This place is very nice &clean and the floors we clean including the shower, I checked for bed bugs right in front of the cleaning lady and she was so vary nice, the front desk lady was wonderful and one of the owners was super nice , so not always can we believe what these reviews say it’s best to just go look first hand …..

Worst Hotel Experience – Poor Hygiene and Maintenance||I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, there was a persistent unpleasant smell throughout the room. The sofa was old, stained, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Most of the furniture was dented and in terrible condition, showing clear signs of neglect.||The overall hygiene standards were shockingly low — it felt anything but clean or comfortable. This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone and sincerely hope management takes serious action to improve their facilities and cleanliness.

I had a terrible experience here. The place was absolutely filthy — dirty floors, unclean surfaces, and a strong, unpleasant odor as soon as I walked in. On top of that, the information they provided online was completely false. What they advertised and what I actually experienced were two very different things. It’s clear they don’t care about honesty or hygiene. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money — look elsewhere!

Always have had a good experience staying here when I travel to the area. Nice clean hotel, best value in Towanda. Staff has always been great. Plenty of parking including some trailer parking in the lower lot. Convenience store across the street is handy, everything you need.
