From the moment we arrived, Kaylah made our check-in smooth and welcoming. She was warm, attentive, and even took the time to check back with us afterward to make sure our rooms and stay were going well—above and beyond what you’d expect. Tina at the front desk was also wonderful and added to the positive, friendly atmosphere. This is the kind of service that keeps us choosing Marriott.

My husband and I stayed at the Fairfield Inn in Towanda for 8 nights in the beginning of October. We travel all over the country and exclusively stay at Marriott properties since we are both Bonvoy members. By far this was one of the most pleasant stays we have ever had and it was all due to the amazing staff. The property was really busy each day which surprised us because it is located in such a remote and small-ish town, but it was constantly being cleaned and kept up. Everyone we encountered during our stay was extremely friendly and helpful and I wish I had gotten everyone’s name to give each of them a personal shout out. We were here 5 days. I give this hotel the highest marks ever for the food in the buffet breakfast! They offered wonderful fresh fruit - cut up cantaloupe, strawberries, blueberries. And I have never been to any hotel that accommodated to special diet needs like this one! They had soy milk out by the coffee and offered oat milk also if requested. They had vegetarian sausage patties every morning and the eggs came both with and without cheese every day and they also had packaged hard-boiled eggs. But the best was they offered gluten free bagels AND muffins. It was wonderful!! Also high marks for the personable and helpful staff.
