In our experience, the first room we were assigned had hair throughout the room. We spent approximately an hour cleaning and sanitizing it ourselves, only to later discover that the microwave and the heating system were not working. We then had to request a different room, and the employee assisting us appeared visibly upset by this request. The second room also had cleanliness issues, including hair once again. As before, we cleaned and sanitized the room ourselves, but then noticed brown stains on the bed covers. When we requested clean covers, the employee responded with an attitude and told us to check the room for any other issues before she brought them. Front desk workers very Kind and accommodating…Hotel was Quite the room smelled a bit but I brought spray. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. I came to simply rest and I did just that. Slept vey well. The shower was the best. 👍🏽 noticed couple rooms unoccupied were much nicer. They appeared to be more up kept. Actually walked into #205 very nice did not smell of mildew and urine. Furniture looked cleaner. I understand the hotel has Aged, normal wear and rare expected right?… but maintaining its integrity is something that shouldn’t be neglected. This only increases your financial cost to maintain its integrity. Do not stay at this hotel!|On July 25, 2025, I checked into this hotel and the atmosphere was not pleasant! The staff was not friendly or professional. The carpet and furniture needed upgraded. When we got to our room the key card did not work that was a sign right there. Every time we left the room our card would demagnetize. The carpet in the hallway was dirty. Our bathroom door was dirty and worned. The pillow case on one of the bed was stained and it looked like it was dirty. And to top it off my sister was eating her dinner in our room and she saw a cockroach crawling up the wall. After being in the room for only a couple of hours we decided to checkout immediately. The entire hotel, including our room, reeked of a smell, which my wife & I believe to related to past smokers staying there. Allowing smoking in any hotel, based on current health data, is 100% unacceptable for my family. You need to force all guests to smoke outside or not at all. You need to take out all of the carpeting in the entire hotel, fumugate the entire hotel, clean & disinfect all walls and install new carpet. Additionally, the shower body wash should not be installed at the sink but in the shower. And every bathroom should have hand towels in addition to washcloths & bath towels. You also need to get better tv's and remotes that have a menu of channels & streaming options and that both work together. You also need an elevator that isn't as slow as molasses. However, I d
