Quality Inn & Suites

Checked in October 16th Downtown Fredericksburg VA. The room stunk like dirty dogs. The bed covers had pet hair all over them. There was urine in the toilet a dirty towel on the floor. I called the front desk. She apologized and stated that's all they had. I asked if she could have manager call me. She said she would have Miss Smith call me in the morning. I never received a call. Two days later I recieved a 20.00 additional charge on my Credit card for 2 washcloths. I contacted the motel spoke with Holly. She stated she would have the manager call me. |I called Choice hotels customer service . They were totally useless. Informed me I had to deal with the hotel directly. Be ware this company has gone downhill drastically.

The room is a very good size. The beds were very comfortable, and there were more than enough towels. We arrived late, so we had supper delivered. The food was delicious and delivered within 20 minutes. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Me and my daughter took a 3 day trip just to relax. We stayed in room 234 and as soon as we opened the door the odor hit me. It was damp and smelled musky. I told my daughter I was going down to the desk and say something about how bad the room was. My daughter, being in customer service herself, begged me not to say anything as she did not want anyone feeling the way she does when she has to "take it" from a customer. If it was just me you better know that I would have complained and asked to be moved to a better room or refund my money. Just a note...a Best Western sits behind this motel and even though it is older as well it is well maintained as I went and checked on rates at the motel for future stays in Tallahassee and it offers a full breakfast as well and the rate was only about $7

You get what you pay for. For price it was doable for 1 night. I've stayed in better but I have stayed in worse. Raj was nice. Breakfast was free. And good for what they had but it was 645am and although food was out still had closed sign and lights off in the eating area. I walked past the rope no worries and then juice machine wasn't working. Older decor. Beds a little to soft for me, but again not terrible just my opinion.

Won’t stay here again! This hotel used to be a #10, but with new management it’s now a #1 if that. Bugs in the room, wet comforters on the beds, and a nasty hot breakfast made this hotel a not very nice place to stay. We stayed here twice recently and have gotten down for breakfast before 8 and were told that they were out of hot eggs. They were replaced by fried potatoes the first time, hard boiled eggs the next time. These items were accompanied by bacon slices floating in grease. The breakfast woman waddles around in slow motion with an attitude. In the past this hotel was immaculate with great rooms and a wonderful hot breakfast which never ran out of eggs! And don’t try to use your key card here either, as both times we’ve stayed lately, it won’t work, so you need to visit the desk to
