Quality Inn & Suites Robbinsville

No hot water, non-flushing toilet, non-working room phone and no compensation for ANY of this despite being told they would “speak with the manager about it.” Phone in room wouldn’t work so I had to look up the number and call from my cell phone to report the lack of hot water. Asked for a late checkout and was told noon instead of 11 am but they turned of my card before 12 so I couldn’t even get back into the room to get the rest of my stuff carried to my car. When I reported the hot water issue I was told “it worked earlier on their walk through inspection” and they acted like they didn’t believe me. Offered to change rooms but I told them it was too much trouble because we had to be somewhere, which is usually the case when people stay in hotels. It apparently would not have made a diff

Location is great, my family is from here so a sense of home is great !!! The hotel staff Alexa & Marilyn are amazing front desk staff and very informative!!!! Beds are great & they allowed my precious dog oreo. We had a great visit. Thank you we will be back !

Checked in and got to the room to find it hadn’t had service after last guest. Returned to desk and was given another room and had the exact same problem. Was then told that a two queen room was available for an up charge? Not happy about that after what I was just put through. Got to that room and the bathroom light didn’t work but the heat lamp in the ceiling was working and the hotel front desk attendant suggested that that was sufficient. Seriously are you kidding me! Now we were moved a fourth time! Got to this room and all seemed good until we tried to use the toilet and realized right away that there was a problem. Told front desk about it and they suggested we use the hotel lobby bathroom toilet until ours was fixed. Well no one showed up to fix it! I had to ask for a plunger and p

I was with a motorcycle group that had reserved 15 rooms. Due to a serious motorcycle accident two of our group had to cancel last minute - they were 100 miles away caring for the injured rider. Even after a long discussion with the owner he refused to refund or reduce rate for the rooms. This hotel owner has no compassion and obviously is more interested in the short-term financials than any longer term customer satisfaction. Recommend you stay at one of the many other choice hotels in this area.

This place looks clean on the surface but it’s actually quite dirty. Our room had a hair in the bath tub that did not belong to either of us. We also found a half eaten crisp on the floor next to the chair. While hard wood floors are good they need to be kept clean. After a shower our feet were just as dirty after walking on the floor . It’s very dated and the pillows need replacing. The lady checking us in was informative but not friendly. Looks good on the outside and that’s it
