Quality Inn & Suites Ridgeland

After being given two separate rooms with a strong mold/mildew odor, I was unable to stay due to health concerns (including chest tightness). Despite explaining this to the front desk and contacting customer service, no refund was provided. I understand properties can have maintenance issues, but refusing to resolve a legitimate health-related concern is unacceptable. I would advise future guests to bring full face respirators and plastic bags to contain clothes, as not to transfer mold spores into their homes. I’m opting to sleep in my truck tonight on the side of the road in a rain storm instead of stay there.

Very good experience with our stay. The location was convenient for our purposes.The room was fine, with just minor touch-up’s to be completed. The towels and bedding were clean and ample. The food was well cooked and presented in a straightforward manner. The front desk reception was courteous and professional. Couldn’t have asked for more.Thanks, Shashy, for a very pleasant stay. We’d stay again, if needs be.

Phone in room didn’t work to call desk about no WiFi, inside pool always has a sign saying Closed for Maintenance, no outside pool, ice maker broken. The only positive thing about this place were the front desk ladies who were so very nice. This hotel is a disgrace to the Choice Hotels brand. Like all the other foreign owned hotels we’ve stayed at, they don’t keep their hotels up to standard in order to save money! Not even a chair in our “suite” even though there is room for one!

Well myself and my wife and grandson have stayed there many in the past 15 years going back and fourth to nj from fl. Never seen it this dirty. Walk across the floor 4 feet and my feet were black. The Maintance’s people did a terrible job on the ceilings and walls. And the bath. Plus the tub was slippery as anything. The shampoo was in but could not figure out what was wrong. They never took off cap. Hoping for a better result next time.

Very good. Easy on/off to the interstate Off the main road and close to restaurants and gas stations. Rooms were clean. Staff attentive. Only draw back is to be very careful when getting in the shower. Tub can be very slippery.
