The gentleman that checked us in went above and beyond. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Our door didn't open. He responded quickly with tools and batteries. Got us in our room.

Positive: It beat sleeping outside. Negative: Definitely not the correct star rating for this hotel. Door was drafty and you could see daylight through the cracks. Refrigerator was rusty.

First and foremost, I am far from a reviewer or one to blog or even talk about an establishment online, good or bad. Here was my scarry and creepy experience at the quality inn off memorial drive. Checking in was pleasant the lady was very helpful, aside from her bewildering that my name was spelt like a man would, I assured her that was the way I spelt my name. After checking in, what appeared to be their night security guard then approached me, asking if he could escort me to my room. Tho the tank top and cheap jewelry uniform threw me off, as a single woman, and it being after 10 pm, I obliged. I wish I hadn't. Every step of the walk to the room was super uncomfortable. This place is infested with bed bugs! We had rented four rooms and all of them had them. Mold was everywhere and the place is just run down. Dont waste your time or money!
