Quality Inn & Suites Orlando Airport

We got this room for $70 with complimentary breakfast included—such a great deal! The receptionist was incredibly welcoming, kind, and very attentive to all our needs, which made our stay even better. The room came with a king-sized bed and a sofa, and everything was comfortable and well maintained. Best price ever—no complaints at all!

This was one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced. The mattress was completely unacceptable. It had no firmness at all and sank deeply under my body, especially around the hips/butt area. There was zero support, resulting in extremely poor and uncomfortable sleep. A worn-out, collapsing mattress like this should never be used in a hotel. Customer service was shockingly bad. When I asked for basic drinking water outside breakfast hours, I was refused and told “breakfast is closed.” Water is not a luxury. Later that night, I asked for hot water to make instant noodles and was again refused for the same ridiculous reason. This shows a complete lack of basic hospitality and common sense. Pshhhh told us that we would get a bigger discount if we booked our reservation through them rather than online. But somehow I had us booked with two separate rooms for 5 and since they said it would be cheaper i still ended up paying $25 more and …. Only gotten one room. This hotel stinks 😷 pretty sure holiday inn is better than here. Pshhhh

This is a perfect location for the airport. During check in Neal was so helpful. We found our room clean and comfortable. This stay was everything we needed to start our trip.
