Quality Inn & Suites Myrtle Beach near Outlets

Booked a room for 4 days here getting some work done on a motorcycle. Great room at a great price with great customer service. They do serve breakfast however it is all starches so prepare for that if you want something different. Very close to many great restaurants and the Tanger outlet. Would stay again.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. If I could give it zero stars, I would. This hotel was disgusting! It smelled like mold. I had an asthma attack because of it. The manager said there were no animals in the room, but the bathroom smelled overwhelmingly like cat pee. I checked out after less than 12 hours and paid for other accommodations, and the manager said they would refund the remaining 6 days, but he told the booking agency he would not.

No blow dryer as advertised, phone did not work to call the desk and was never fixed. Rooms were outdated and not very clean. We did not go to the beach but their was sand on the floor in the room. They charged us $ 11.00 for a small yogurt my friend had. Worst hotel experience in a long time. It seems like management is too cheap to make changes needed to clean up and update their hotel. This was their response: Please contact the hotel directly so we can address this further. We hope you’ll give us another chance to provide a much better experience in the future. I called today and spoke with NT directly to discuss this further as he suggested in his review. He did not know what I was talking about so I explained it to him. He did not apologize. I am not sure why he suggested calling

The room’s layout was aesthetically pleasing, however, during my brief visit to the bathroom area, I encountered roaches…three time I went to the restroom. The presence of insects in the restroom was an unpleasant experience that compelled me to eliminate them in order to use the facilities. This situation was not in line with my expectations for a vacation, and I was deeply disappointed and disgusted by the occurrence.

My daughter and I stayed here comfortably and felt at peace while being able to finally relax. The front counter was loving and patient. I also received fresh towels and awesome breakfast as well!!! I love the location! There are many stores around and easy for walking distance and driving distance! Also, there wasn’t any noise! When we first got here, the manager instantly took care of my request of moving to a new room that also had a great working station and coffee/ tea maker!!! Truly a great experience and I highly recommend staying here ! Thank you so much for the great hospitality and positive environment!
