And I have been staying there for 5 days well I went to go book a room and it was after 12:00 for the 6th day but it had put me on to the seventh day if you can understand that so I went into the motel and the desk refused to give me my AARP discount which would have made me have enough money but instead at 2:00 a.m. almost 60 years old downpouring rain a cold rain it was only 45° out would not honor my AARP so I was $4.50 short and he would not give me my room and would not let me sit in the lobby even though he knew I had a room the next night and knew that I was only $4.50 short he put me out in the rain and I had nowhere to go because all the other hotels were both now I spent $130 a night is $650 plus the night on the 7th Day that would have m

As a double amputee currently wheelchair bound, I made a reservation here, let the reservation staff know during the phone call that I was wheelchair bound, and was told not a problem. Until I got there, paid for a week, and was handed the key cards to my room/suite. My friend takes me to the other side of the hotel, where there is a step UP into all the rooms. What part of being wheelchair bound did they not realize was a problem with a step UP into the room? Very poorly handled by the reservation staff, but well handled by the manager. He immediately voided the charge on my card so I could go elsewhere, but it was still an annoying and stressful few hours waiting for the funds to go back to my card so I could go elsewhere. I actually am going to contact the Manager there as I was treated wrong upon arrival. I believe her name was Katrina or Jessica something like that. I called 2 days (thursday) earlier to ask for an early check in because I had a 10 am meeting after my red-eye flight to Philly. The lady I spoke with was a wonderful lady assured me that at that time there was still a likely chance I could check in early. When I arrived the lady was short and rude and zero customer service skills. She denied me my early check in that the house keeping wouldn't have a room done until 130 pm tops. I had to change clothes and clean up at the sink in the bathroom. It was a joke! A bad joke!
