Every time I call there and try to reserve a room for the weekend.They tell me to call back in two days Now it's Thursday.I want a room for Friday and Saturday.And they told me I have to call back again tomorrow. What kind of hotel won't reserve a room for you.

We picked this place to stay because we searched the internet for pet friendly lodgings in NJ. Something that is just about impossible to find. Well I have to tell you that my pet's doghouse is cleaner than this. We go a non smoking room. It smelled like smoke and worse. Like it could use a thorough cleaning and hasn't had one in a long time. Someone else's fast food drinking cup and straw was in the refrigerator. There were cigarette burn holes in the sheets and pillowcases. And there was no toilet paper forget about calling the office for assistance. The dial function on the room phone isn't connected. You just get a busy signal. And no one stays in the office. The sign says open. The door stays locked. We had to go to the local CVS to buy toilet paper!!!!! And forget about sleeping. The

It was good at first even though I couldn't get the jacuzzi room because I didn't have enough. For the deposit but he was cool with the room gave me a discount so that was good start. But then there was another guy and lady for the next day and they was off putting. I spoke about what I paid yesterday with the receipt and they was very dismissive. But I paid the worst part was the roaches I saw a few of them it was sobering. So that it. I might go back to see if they improve but mostly like no.

Rooms are disgusting! Reserved the Jacuzzi room. Midway the jets stopped working. I was told that the maintenance man left for the day it was 4pm. Also was told I would not get a refund and I am now on the do not rent to list, because of me complaining about the jets not working. I bring my own linen and cleaning supplies when I go to any hotel. Thank God I did there were stains on the sheets burn holes in the blankets and the place was filthy after I cleaned everything down with my cleaning supplies. Furniture was dirty, mold on the tubs and Jacuzzi. Carpet had tons of stains as well. Good thing I bring my own slippers as well. I was charged $130 for the night and $100 deposit. Called B4 I went and asked if they accept dogs (10lbs wet) the guy said yes, so I said see you in a few. Get there sign on the wall said no pet but they still took my money stay for a little bit then the manager tells me that they don't accept pets and you were standing there when i told dude that i had an dog, even wrote on my receipt. It says they're pet friendly on the website. Long story short, she tells me to get rid of my dog if I want to stay. How about you get rid of your kid and I'm leaving. The rail on the 2nd floor is lose so don't lean on it if you stay.🤬
