Quality Inn & Suites Middletown - Franklin

This hotel has its lobby and breakfast area under construction. I had called ahead to make sure we had an accessible room. No mention was made of the work being done. It was difficult for us to get to our room. The floor was uneven concrete. The lobby and breakfast had a very musty smell to it. The front entry doors were very heavy with no electronic entry buttons. The carpet in the hallway was very dirty. No breakfast was offered despite being advertised on their website. Would never stay here again although the staff did try to be helpful.

The washing machine and dryer did not work. The washing machine was NOT drying the laundry. I paid almost $10 total and only got $3 back. They did put my laundry in the big commercial dryer for me to dry them. The nightstand was broken in the room, the TV channels were a bit fuzzy, and the shower looked like it had round mold stains on it. But the rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable.

We are in the suite with kitchen. It is Amazing. Worth every dollar. Front desk is awesome and very friendly. Thank you Quality Inn our 26 day stay is gonna be GREAT 💞🌞 Everyone here are so nice. Of course my husband's still wants bacon 🥓 Tiffany ‼️‼️‼️🌞💞

On our first night, we discovered that the hair dryer wasn’t working. We reported it the next morning, but it was never replaced during the rest of our stay. The experience overall was disappointing. Breakfast was advertised until 9:00 a.m., but when we arrived at 8:59, it was already closed. The following morning, I asked for a banana that had been available the day before, but there were none, and the only protein offered was eggs. On a positive note, the sheets were clean and the room met basic expectations for a budget hotel.

Everything was great here except for one thing; as we were getting our suite unlocked, glanced outside at my vehicle and I’ll be damned if there wasn’t a local police officer running my plates lol. I have nothing to worry about or anything but it just made me feel Erie like why are they doing that?? I questioned it all night and the thoughts running through my head were :they are looking for an escaped prisoner or they secretly have all of their guest checked out or maybe they have lots of trouble?? I just didn’t know so I had a hard time resting. The hotel itself was perfect. I give it a 5 stars in all areas except location.
