Motel 6 Franklin, OH

Great place to stay, would recommend to anyone. I felt right at home staying there. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Great staff and management, they go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. Great communication and very friendly. The cleaning staff does a great job making sure that your room and lobby are clean and smelling great. Very comfortable beds for a great night of sleep, great updated furniture that makes it a cozy relaxing stay. Front desk and management are great will make sure you have everything you need and have a great stay. They have vending machines and morning coffee and tea which is a plus with a sitting area to enjoy your morning hot coffee/tea while reading the daily newspaper. Also they have a coin washer and dryer which is very convenient.

Positive: I was able to get a good parking spot on the grass which made me feel like my vehicle was safer Negative: 1st floor, 2nd floor was one long hallway no carpet, and the sound traveled down the hallways. Through the night, multiple people, at least three walked up/down the hallway speakerphone on loud and talking back loudly. 4:45 am 2nd floor loud, moving furn

We had my self, husband , elderly mother and two dogs. Traveling home to Mi from Fl and booking on I-75 at 6 pm Sat night. Middletown was booked for dog friendly. Moved to next exit and came upon Motel 6. Rate was excellent. Hotel was has been totally re-modeled and looks great! Clean, up to d as te, fixtures are perfect, janitor on site, … spotless. Room was amazing. Beds were very clean, nice towels, clerics were very accosting and helpful!! Walking distance to Subway, McDonald’s, Pilot ( groceries. And gas fill up)…. And allowed two dogs any weight. I would HIGHLY RECCOMMEND AND SPREAD THE WORD!! If you have dogs, this is the place. $ 95 for 3 adults, 2 dogs, and coffee.

I would like to say staying here feels like home sweet home. The staff is so friendly and happy to help out any way they can . My room looked amazing and the cleaning staff truly made it smell so fresh . When needing towels or sheets never an issue getting them . I think the management staff is perfect they truly go the extra mile to help out the customers best they can. I would so recommend staying here .

Nice rooms. They are clean, comfortable, and serviceable. Staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. My only complaint is ..... Some long term guests are in and out of their rooms all day and night. Because they leave the swing bar door lock across the door it's a very distinctive "bang" "bang" "bang" noise constantly going on. It's like every 5-10 minutes, multiple times.
