Quality Inn & Suites Louisville East

I recently stayed at this motel and had a really great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which immediately made me feel at ease. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was spotless, and everything I needed was provided. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. They were helpful with local recommendations and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The location was also very convenient—close to restaurants, shops, and main roads, yet still quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep.

The room was clean and nice and we had no issue with it. However, the amenities that were offered weren't up to standard. The pool that was advertised on the billboard was locked up and unavailable to guests. The breakfast was also extremely limited to mostly dry goods. Vending machines that were advertised on the website were empty.

Positive: Staff was nice. Room was clean. Quiet but could hear traffic if ac fan wasn't running. Negative: Wish people wouldn't smoke weed and smell the place up. ? Internet was not reaching room so we couldn't use it. No breakfast. Booked and paid online but had to give c.c. there for a damage deposit. Got it back pretty quickly though.

The hotel stay was comfortable and smooth. Room was clean and I didn’t face any issues. The front desk customer service was excellent — very polite, welcoming, and professional. I truly appreciate the great hospitality and positive attitude.

Dont waste your time here. Paid for a king size bed with jet tub room. Got told I didnt and got put in a different room. Showed them the confirmation and they still made excuses. The room they put me in was DISGUSTING. They need to clean! Just all around the WORST!
