Red Roof Inn Louisville East - Hurstbourne

The location was great it was in driving and walking distance from everywhere I needed to be at! BUT Checking in took well over 30 minutes even though we had reservations and once we got to the room it was DIRTTYYY! The sheets had stains and once we pulled backed the covers there was long pieces of hair all in the bed. We asked the manager for new sheets and covers and he refused and said wait until 9 am, there was also holes in the walls, the tubs was dirty to the point I had to clean it because there was no one on duty to clean the rooms properly. Throughout our stay it had a PUNGENT horrible odor to the rooms. The ice machine doesn’t work they tell you to walk to Thorntons to get your own ice!! Overall there were no accommodations and it was NOT worth the money I spent.

0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER! Management was very rude. Rooms were dirty upon arrival no housekeeping. Once asked could we either switch rooms , get new sheets and covers or money back. The answer was all NO! He never tried to fix the issue whatsoever, was so lazy that he made me go in the laundry room to get my own stuff for my room. Housekeeping doesn’t clean they leave their carts infront of the rooms and go to laundry room to hide. How do I know because I caught them having to go get my own stuff!! Management only is respectful if you’re trying to buy another room. Just money hungry. Also they give you our rooms to other people by time we checked in. What is the point of reservation if you’re going to give it to someone else?!? Management truly sucked and only accommodated for “his peop

Positive: Has great facilities with really really reasonable prices. Negative: The TV remote was without batteries. It makes me think the room was not made ready prior to check in

Booked us a dirty uncleaned room then gave us another room that wasn't cleaned. Then the lady at the front desk was like there's only 1 more room available and if it's not clean then you'll have to pay more money to upgrade your room! Luckily the room was ok but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I recently stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Louisville and was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it! As a budget-friendly option, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spotless and recently updated, with comfortable bedding that made for a fantastic night's sleep. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and I appreciated the pet-friendly policy (my furry friend loved it too!). The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful – quick check-in, great recommendations for local spots, and always ready with a smile. The manager in the front office Mr. Robin was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect – easy access to highways, close to the airport/expo center, and plenty of dining options nearby. Free parking was a big plus as well.
