Quality Inn & Suites Lake Havasu City

The price is right. The beds were comfortable. The customer service was good in helping us switch to a different room. The bathroom worked fine, but could use a deep clean in the corners. Two towels and one washcloth were all that were in our room for two people staying four nights; we called and asked for more, but they never showed up, so we used pool towels instead.

HORRIBLE experience. We booked a block of rooms together and upon checking in, we got different room rates. Upon trying to shorten a stay by one night 2 days in advance of the would be night stay, I was told that they could not give a refund for one night because I had signed a waiver at the beginning said I would pay for the whole trip, but they would put in the request. I followed up two days, and was told the request was declined by the owner, but when asking why, they gave no reason, but told me the iPad I signed wasn’t to pay the whole trip, but rather to confirm my information. So I asked her to confirm that the reason I am not getting a refund is because they don’t want to and for no other reason. This is a very large place with many guests. They should have DOUBLED the number of breakfast workers. The short time we were in the breakfast room with windows, they repeatedly ran out of plates, plastic ware, coffee, and juice. There were no plastic knives, peanut butter, oatmeal, prunes, or yogurt. The waffle maker was a good idea, but was poorly placed in the middle and caused a bottle neck in the lines. There should be another location, cart, or signage for trash cans and dish pans so customers could clear their own tables. There just wasn't a "system" in place. Heated pool was a nice idea, but nobody at the desk knew the temperature of the water and there was not a hot tub available. Needless to say, the fenced pool area was completely empty. Our room was clean, it was a weird room where it was a room with the adjoining room through the door, like a suite. One room had the beds gone and a tv and couch, other room was normal hotel room. We both had our own bathroom. It was noisy. The garbage truck dumped the gas station garbage dumpster at 6:30 am. The road noise. The breakfast was ok.
