Quality Inn & Suites Hot Springs-Lake Hamilton

I would say that this quality inn is just a normal quality inn if you're not used to staying at choice hotels and are used to staying at fancier Holiday inns or Marriott then pay the extra money and go over there but as far as a basic room with a TV a hot shower moderately clean and breakfast was normal bagels and waffles it's the same thing at every Quality inn in the country if you're looking at staying there it's decent nothing to write home about but nothing bad happened and it was decently clean. I will say the air conditioner work perfectly and that's a big deal for us so we were happy with that bed was clean as well.

The service at front desk was very confusing and not straight forward. They automatically set me up in a smoking room that smelled terrible. Also the ceiling in the shower was rotted out, falling, and poorly repaired. It looked like there was possibly mold under bathroom sink. The room should never have been rented out til all repairs are done. I will never recommend this hotel period to anyone. I would rather sleep in my truck.

Positive: Night shift lady and the head lady of the cleaning crew. Negative: One tiny trash can. Poor breakfast selection. Shower was poor water pressure, old tiny bathroom. Very little drawer space.

I’ve stayed here twice and don’t get me wrong it’s definitely not the worst hotel ever by any means. But every hotel I’ve stayed at in hot springs has been greater, this one wasn’t up to par the two times I stayed. The first time wasn’t too bad, just not a huge breakfast selection but other than that nothing major. The second time, we killed a roach the second we walked into our room. We paid $200+ for one night, which I think is pretty pricey for what they offer. The room hasn’t been swept. The bathtub works weird, once it’s on it continues to drip no matter how many times I try to turn it off. There’s no soap, no shampoo, no conditioner or body wash. I normally bring my own but got used to hotels providing those things so this time I didn’t, only to realize I had no way to wash up after

Posting this review on here too because this is the motel we actually stayed at, when we were supposed to be able to stay at Country Inn. But most of the issues we had were with Quality Inn They overbooked and didn't let us stay there. They had us stay at their sister hotel, Quality Inn. It was terrible. The beds were not queens, which is what we paid for. It was a low quality motel rather than the hotel we paid for. When I tried to talk to them in the morning about the issue the staff member at Country Inn said that the staff at Quality Inn would have to deal with any issues I had because I stayed there. However, when I tried talking to the staff at Quality Inn they said that they couldn't do anything for me and that it was Country Inn's job to take care of any concerns since that is who
