Quality Inn & Suites Elgin

The facility was very clean and well maintained. Good location. Very friendly employees. close to everything you could possibly need. Pet friendly my dog could stay. It was quiet very nice pool area. Highly recommend staying there continentally breakfast was very nice.

TV remote did not work the first day, so we told the desk. It only worked for a little while the next but we did not mention it again. Many items in the breakfast area did not work, like the juice machine, creamer machine and there was no fruit as pictured on the sign. The room was clean, quiet and there were plenty of linens.

Filth. My room (108) clearly had not been properly cleaned for some time. Not only was there evident dirt on the tile entryway, but there was a mummified gecko at the door entryway as well. Add to this a beer bottle cap on the floor, pubic hairs on the toilet along with misc. unidentifiable brown ? I have photos of all this as well. On the positive side both the staff members (Checking in & out) were very nice & helpful, but this didn't overshadow the condition of the room.

The entire staff, especially the front desk staff, Ms. Ashley and her Manager, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great! Their courteousness and professionalism exceeded our expectations! They were VERY attentive to our needs! The rooms were very clean and spacious!

Your front staff is fabulous!!!! There for a family emergency and they were awesome HOWEVER the rooms are not very clean and the room sleeps 4 there is only one towel holder. Plus the air conditioner is located right next to the sink so you get cold air blowing on you right after you get out of the shower and it’s not pleasant.
