Quality Inn & Suites Colorado City, TX

Recently stayed at this property and I am surprised by the negative reviews. I was given exceptional service! The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was hot and delicious. Thank you for an easy nights stay.

Positive: The breakfast and Coffee. Negative: The room....alot of things wasn't clean and not working properly .

Tried to charge an extra 2 nights for a 1 night stay almost a week after I had checked out. The manager refused to help or even investigate, she hung up on me eventually after I mentioned how shady their “investigation” into the issue was. Was told they “had no access to cameras” and “did not know who the employee was” who checked me in. The manager essentially gave me the runaround for over a month before my bank eventually got my money back from the owner. Would not recommend this hotel as there have been issues like this in the past when it was a different brand. Also shoutout to the staff who got my last review detailing this incident removed from their Google page!

I needed to stay in Colorado City for a couple of days so the location of this hotel was good. But this hotel is so bad I only stayed one night. The lobby is the only good part of this hotel. Every other part is filthy, starting with the elevator where the dirt on the floor was nicely complimented by the candy wrappers and other debris. In the room we had no cold water. The doorknob was missing on inside of the door to bedroom. Air conditioning was on and running on a 50 degree day. I don't expect much when I stay in Colorado City, but this place is bad even by those standards.

Positive: Comfortable bed, pleasant decor Negative: No bath towels in our room (had to get them at front desk), bracket to hold shower head was missing, only one thin blanket on the bed, rotten oranges at breakfast, no orange juice, no sugar-free coffee creamer & gallon of milk in the fridge was spoiled
