Caravan RV Park

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this RV park was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn others. The management seems completely unable — or unwilling — to control the behavior of their guests. Trash was scattered everywhere, including beer cans and even raw meat tossed around the grounds. It was disgusting and made the entire place feel neglected. On top of that, the noise was out of control. People blasted music until midnight or later every single night, and nothing was done about it. Quiet hours might as well not exist here. Between the filth, the lack of enforcement, and the total disregard for guests who actually want to relax, this was one of the worst RV park experiences I’ve ever had. The park was clean except for our site and I did fell safe. No grass at all for the dogs. It's a good overnight stay. I thought $60 was too high for what I got but I will stay again if i need too. Go slow, pot holes are deep.

You can’t forward your mail here, prepare to get a PO Box. You can get packages, but better scoop them up before your neighbors do. $190 worth of stolen items so far. The gym is locked half of the time, evidently there are people partying in there late at night. Which may explain all the broken equipment. Not the best place I’ve stayed, not the worst.

I would definitely not recommend this place either for short term or long term stay. We stayed there for more than 6 months and they have water line breaks VERY OFTEN. Whenever the management is giving an estimate time/day of repair they don’t stick to that time/day. We had no water for days and it wasn’t just one time, COUPLE OF TIMES. Also some of these times they didn’t advise ahead before cutting off the water. So if you don’t want to be arriving from work and suddenly “oh surprise I don’t have water to shower or to cook” you shouldn’t consider this place. 🤭

Do not recommended staying. Overpriced for all the issues I had.
