Quality Inn & Suites Caribou

The staff was very friendly and you could tell that they were trying very hard to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We found the room to be comfortable but it was obvious that they need additional staff for maintain this location as it should be. There were many little things that caught our eye. I understand that they had renovations done on this location but the contractor took so many short cuts, it made the little things stand out. The odor in the rooms were tipical but the hallways were hard to breathe in. The smell was very strong. We found a dead lizard in the hallway and it was there for three days. The cleaning staff looked exhausted and unable to keep up with the demands. The bathroom floor was very dirty, when placing the towel down on the floor to take our showe

We stayed here for 6 days. The service is exceptional and here is why. Initially there were a few issues with the room- lighted mirror not working and a clothing rack was unanchored from the wall. It was reported to the front desk and the gentlemen was very apologetic. He said he would get it looked at right away. While it was unable to be fixed during our stay, he was communicative about his efforts and offered to change our room, which we appreciated. We had plenty of fresh towel and were always offered more. The room was clean. The hotel is quiet. We did not have breakfast, but I was able to access the juice machine after hours, which was so great. I would say the staff here are amazing. It is a budget hotel, so don’t expect 5 star accommodations, but friendly, efficient service you

I have to say the professionalism of the front desk, girl Chelsea is astonishing. The second you walk in she greasy with a great smile, very welcoming, friendly, and funny. We weren’t even checked in yet and we felt like we were part of their hotel family when we arrived. She was decorating as soon as she seen us she came right to us while checking us in she answered the phone and made two bookings as well as tended to. I believe it was a Housekeeper who was wanting to know what rooms to do for the day, she was handling easily 4 to 5 task at a time, but you would never know because a smile never left her face and she never showed anything but calm, cool and collective attitude she checked us in, gave us A room key and receipt informed us about breakfast the times and told us the best place

The hotel falsely advertised the room. We paid for 2 queen beds. The room had 2 full XL beds. We brought this to the attention of the attendant who couldn’t be bothered to get off his phone. We were brushed off and decided since our children needed rest and it was late we would make do. After contacting Expedia about the issues the hotel staff proceeded to lie to Expedia saying first that we didn’t complain and then said that they fixed our room and had documentation of doing so however the documentation was from after we had checked out. The Breakfast was also awful. There was rotten fruit, apples and bananas. A few pieces of dried out bread, and a couple bagels. 1 choice of blueberry muffins. Cereal option of bran flakes with raisins and about 20mls of milk left in the half gallon jug.

When I first got there we had reserved two rooms with king size beds they were in the process of being cleaned the 1st room was done the 2end needed like 10 more minutes was fine as the other person coming with me was still about an hour away when the lady that was checking me in asked someone to check on the 2end room he told her to put the other room as a queen bed i dont think so we paid for king beds they didnt like that I said no to being put in a queen bed when we paid for both kings. Staff was not very welcoming it was more like we are inconvenience at check in. Rooms are ok the shower had mold on the ceiling the shower head was cracked and spraying water up on the ceiling and wall. The bed was very comfortable though.
