Quality Inn & Suites Canton

My stay at the Quality Inn & Suites in Canton was a great experience. The hotel was very nice and in an excellent location, close to everything in town. One standout feature was the beautiful pool area along with an amazing hot tub, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms were large, clean, and very well maintained. I also appreciated having reserved parking close to my room — a small detail that made a big difference. Overall, this hotel offers great value for the price. I had a comfortable stay and will definitely be looking forward to staying here again.

Unfortunately my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The cleanliness of the room was a major concern. The linens and upholstery were badly stained, which immediately made the room feel unclean and uncomfortable. The shower curtain was also visibly filthy and appeared as though it hadn’t been replaced or properly cleaned in quite some time. The breakfast was extremely minimal and did not meet expectations. The only options available were yogurt, stale cereal, waffles, and toast. The orange juice and coffee were available, but the “fresh fruit” consisted of frozen apples that were clearly not fresh. Got a room and the floor was filthy. when we walked in found smashed roaches on the walls one walking on the ceiling it dropped to the bed and went under the mattress. We never stayed. Totally disgusting. Still trying to get a refund. Oh and you can't leave a review on their website.

Quality Inn & Suites – Honest Review Booking and expectations: We booked a top-room expectation for a comfortable, clean, and well-maintained stay. What we actually found was far from that. Even tho the booking experiences were clear and straight forward. The greeting apron our arrival was less than friendly. I felt like I was not welcome. The agent seemed annoyed with my presence. Cleanliness and condition: The room was not clean upon arrival- dusty surfaces, stains, debris, hair, odors. Throughout the stay, we noticed ongoing disrepair- peeling paint, worn furnishings, broken fixtures, hair dryer was broken, shower door was coming off of it’s slide. Bed was comfortable, sheets appeared clean, and a decent location, but the rooms in general are dirty. Items in the sink drain, looks like the corners of the room haven't been swept in a while - lord knows what a mop bucket pour would hold - towels were pretty stained up, and mystery particles on the back of the bathroom door. I brought disinfectant wipes to clean up our room. If I were Head Housekeeper, I'd be embarrassed my rooms look this way.
