Mountain Hideout Hotel

I LOVE Shelby and her Mountain Hideout! Her little pugs are just so cute! The walkway is lit up at night and looks like a fairy land! It’s charming, artsy, rustic, and country! And you’ll never find a better host than Shelby! ♥️

Most fantastic time waited on foot and hand very clean also competent personnel on site 24 7. Never had a want all my needs met so cozy connected wifi security cameras had me sleeping like a stone very very good place to drop in no reservation very hospitable

Mrs.shelby is very great host. Love the pups greeting us too. Rooms were nice cozy and a good retreat from the main city. Shelby was very responsive and professional definitely would recommend and I’ll be visiting here again in the future!

On 7/31/2025 I had reservations to the mountain hideout hotel Shelby took me and showed me the room and I wasn't paying attention to what it looked like I should have had my husband and friend be with me ,but I went ahead and gave here cash money and when we went in the office it looked liked shit, I should have not gave her any money and went a found something but I didn't so we left our stuff went down shopping a little and then came back and that night we was looking and seen all this hole in the bathroom ceiling and it had mold and ,also the refrigerator was in the bathroom on the floor there is so much but any way next moring around 7am I started calling to see if I could get my money back several time I called and text final she text me and said yes then said no and ask me if I r

Rooms are very cute and great size for two people have been here for almost Mateo months and most definitely wouldn’t mind staying longer perfect little Home away from home I love all the hospitality Mrs.Shelby is so nice I even love the little pup and kitty visits
