Quality Inn & Suites Bainbridge Island

I booked on line. When I checked in and told them I have a dog they gave me the last " dog" room. I was pleasantly surprised to have a room with full kitchen living area and full size fridge. I was not charged more for a suite.

Stay was ok overall. I needed to move dates, but Quality by Choice unable based on rate, part1. Then hotel was OK, however, room was not cleaned well, seemed very old. Water took forever to get luke-warm (shower and sink), and then in shower it would go super hot then back to tepid. That being said, the bed was quite comfortable, room spacious, and nicely appointed. Breakfast was OK.

Clean room, good bed! so important. Your TV guide selections, especially news, reflect a more conservative focus. Newsmax, fox, Turning Point, etc. all are extreme far right. You had little CNN, no MSNBC, few with international news, that give viewers a chance to hear facts. I did like that you had HGTV, Law & Order SVU, and the movie selection seemed good though I usually don't watch movies on TV. The check in person was pleasant. The morning person could use some more training. The breakfast was adequate - I ate cereal, banana, coffee, yogurt (could you change this brand to something more healthy?). Otherwise, the rest of the processed food I avoided. I appreciated the Senior rate.

Room was barely adequate, but the real off-putting thing was the impolite and often hostile service from their staff. I'll never return, and highly recommend avoiding this place.

The outside needs some love and the room was good (dated esp. the shower). We weren't very impressed with given the second floor the furthest away from our car when the place was not busy at all. The other reason I didn't like being too far away is, that it was dark in spots getting to our room. Also, not sure if there are permanent residents that live there, but people lingered outside on one corner of the building when pulling in. Just nervous being two girls.
