Quality Inn & Suites at Airport Blvd I-65

Avoid this hotel - Rude staff and room in shambles I had a terrible experience at this location. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was incredibly rude. They charged a $100 incidental deposit, which is outrageous given the state of the room. The room was full of damages: the bathroom vent was broken with a hole in the wall, the ceiling paint was peeling, the fridge was rusty and dirty, and the furniture was filthy. To make matters worse, the room phone didn't even work to report these issues. I sent a detailed email with photos to management and have received no response. They seem more interested in keeping deposits than maintaining a basic level of service or cleanliness. Do not stay here.

I’m glad i didn’t read reviews before coming here, because it’s much better than the 2.5 or whatever average that they currently have. As far as a hotel where you’re going to get there, spend the night and get out, it really didn’t need anything else. It provided exactly what was needed and was good value for the price - able to get in at midnight, quiet area of town, free parking, comfy bed (memory foam?), cool room, hot water. The check-in was kind of weird because the woman was on her phone and the system was SUPER slow (she even commented on it a couple of times) but…it was midnight so whatever. Room was incredibly clean, bed was super comfortable with high end bedding and oh so soft pillows. Hot water a plenty and cold air. Only negative, our room was right by the side entrance and the door didn't have a soft close feature, so it was late before we got to sleep because of door slamming shut. Otherwise, excellent stay. Room was big.

My stay at your hotel was very uncomfortable for me. I didn't feel safe, the door was missing the safety square to give extra safety reinforcement. I pushed the furniture to the door to feel safe. The door regular lock wasn't great, the door easily shook. It was no microwave in the room, and the guy started that microwaves only came in the suites. But my question is why have a refrigerator if you can't warm up your food. The guy was nice enough to bring me a microwave because he knew I had problems walking. As I tried to sleep I will startled on a number of occasions, because of people being loud outside my window, loud in the hallways. That was no respect to people who were trying to sleep. My peace was Disturbed. I looked online the following morning to see what was offered for breakfast

I just checked in a couple of days ago, and I'm very impressed and satisfied. The room is very spacious with a king bed, a sofa and coffee table, refrigerator and microwave. Also is in close proximity to gas stations and restaurants, plus a Wal-Mart and a Dollar Tree are one block over. The clerk who checked me in was very polite and professional. This hotel is very clean and well-kept. The staff stays on top of all housekeeping duties. On a scale of 1-10, it's a 10 all the way! I definitely plan on choosing this hotel again when I decide to come back to the area in the future.
