Quality Inn & Suites Albuquerque West

I had an amazing stay at Quality Inn & Suites Albuquerque - Iliff Rd and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, Raj at the front desk made me feel completely welcome. His hospitality, politeness, and genuine kindness truly set the tone for the entire stay. You can tell he and the team are working hard to make sure every guest feels comfortable and taken care of. The rooms were very clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything felt well-maintained. The amenities are a huge plus — the pool and hot tub are perfect for relaxing, and the gym is well-equipped for a good workout. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service, this is it. Do yourself a favor and book your stay here — you won’t regret it!

The shower/tub was dripping rapidly, veryanoying. Room too dark each lamp in the room had only a single bulb when the lamps had two sockets. The power plugs on every lamp were so worn we could not plug phone chargers to make connection. There was only 1 cup in the room to rinse for 2 people. The pillows were 1/2 size and worthless for sleeping. Heat worked, room was quiet, bed was comfortable, floors etc were clean.

First off, these staff is amazing. The guy who checked me was very personable. Got me an upgrade without asking because of my status. Another agent gave me food recommendations. Another assisted me with towels. Everyone I've run into here is super friendly and helpful. The exterior of the building is pretty spotless and clean too. The indoor pool was surprisingly very clean and must have recently been refurbished. The hot tub could use a scrub but It was all chlorinated so no issue. I did have to have the bed sheets changed as they just seemed off but the housekeeper who came to change them was as pleasant as can be and there was never a fuss about any request made. The hotel was clean inside and out. The front desk staff was super nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. We love being able to park right outside our door. It was easy to find the ice machine and pool. The location of hotel is in a good location and easy to get to it and to food and shopping. We will definitely stay again for a future Balloon Fiesta!

My husband and I have stayed here before a few times and have been pleased. This time the room that we were sent to had not been done since previous guest was there. So we had to go back to the office to tell them beds were not made and nothing was cleaned up. After that was resolved, there was only one bar of soap at the sink, no soap in the shower and no kleenex. So disappointed.
