I was with my husband for a few days; the carpeted stairs and halls were filthy, and the lovely carpet needed a thorough cleaning. The blanket was clean, but it contained a stain. The entrance columns and walls surrounding the breakfast area should be cleaned. Cleaning is an issue. The front desk and the entire staff were friendly. Again, cleaning is the issue. Breakfast is okay. They should focus on cleaning.

Positive: The bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Negative: The bathroom door had paint missing in several places making it look not kept up it was like that in several places in the room. I only stayed 1 night and paid for 2 and they would not refund the money for the one night.

At first it seemed okay but the more we walked around and looked in our room it was bad. There was a random sock in the chair in the room. Two screws stuck out from the bottom of the mirror. The mirror in the bathroom had permanent stains on it. The light shade had something unknown on it. Walking around the room the floor has not been properly cleaned for a while. It’s right off the freeway and it’s difficult to get into or out of the driveway. Two doors down from us was a dog that barked at all times of the night. I would not recommend. It was nice to have a pool but there was a strange film on the top. Breakfast had a nice hot plate but walking to the lobby there was a bucket in the hallway dripping and missing covers on the walls.

Had originally planned to stay 2 nights but because of bad weather had to extend the trip another night. Rates for first 2 nights were reasonable and fair. A good value for the price. However the price for the third night was considerably higher. About $20 dollars more. This was supposedly including an AARP and choice club membership discount. When asked for an explanation why the big difference in rates day shift desk clerk was rude and unhelpful talking in circles. With no real explanation. And said I was welcome to try to find a better rate on line but meanwhile I would have had to check out of the room. Unprofessional service to say the least. Completely unhelpful and unreasonable and completely changed my mind about Quality Inn!!!! Totally disappointed! Trip was for medical reasons an

Stayed there during Christmas, accidentally left a black business tote bag in a drawer. If anyone has stayed in rm 223 between the 25th and 28th please let me know if you possibly picked it up by accident. Would greatly appreciate the gesture. Be blessed as you enjoy your stay here!
