Side door that had key card entrance was not even locked. Private security car guarding hotel. Room door had a two inch gap underneath it. Pool and fitness room closed and was woken up at 2:00am with construction noise. Broken down van in parking lot. I could go on and on, my suggestion is Do not stay here!
The front desk lady who checked me in she was super nice helped me with everything! The room was decent the sheets were cleaned but the desk and the dressers in the room weren't whiped down the floor wasn't mopped you can see the someone spell something and let it dry. The room has a patio so you were able to get a nice cool breeze from outside instead of using the AC all the time! The night we stayed there was a fight between teenagers across from my room which kinda woke up my baby it happened at 230am the guy that was doing front desk apologized and tried his best to handle everything! But besides everything else was good!
Was skeptical given the location under the I25/I40 bridges; fenced in parking lot with an open gate; worn appearance of the lobby and broken security N entrance door but very pleased with the quiet, clean, comfortable, well equipped room. The best surprise was breakfast. It rivaled any higher priced hotel I’ve stayed in. They had everything I like and as a special treat New Mexico style homemade green chili stew. It was awesome! Had the chance to meet the cook and front desk ladies. Very friendly, charming and professional. And the price for all this was great. I’d stay here again, for sure.

If this app would let me rate zero then I be gladly to rate it as zero. Managers has no tolerance in customer relation. Was over charged n they blamed I had card issues but card issues happened on total different card and different reservation. I went and did a whole new reservation on two rooms on one card I got charged with both rooms 45.14$ and 59.20$ and a security deposit for one room 100$. Which I agreed to do n I how wanted. On the other card I was suppose to only get charged with security deposit of 100$ but somehow got charged 159.20$ and additional 59.20$ so I begin to ask n I was told to wait a few days and it’ll get refunded N I’m sure it will..but mind you not I’m on travel n I didn’t authorize to take additional amount of my money on one card. So for two rooms I got charged t
