Quality Inn Shallotte near Ocean Isle Beach

Nice place. Good price. Good staff. Rooms were very small. Beds and pillows were great. Filthy floors in the room. After about an hour the bottom of my feet were black. YUK! I would certainly stay here again but would keep my shoes on. Other than the floors, the room was extremely clean.

It is very convenient to flow of traffic heading to Myrtle Beach. About 10 miles from SC border. Room I stayed in was a bit smaller. Be careful and ask to see the room, if you like dark room to sleep in. The lights from the neighboring business and the pool kept the right side of the building very bright. The shade was white which was little help. Our alarm clock was malfunctioning and it was hard to keep track of time. Nice quick breakfast area in lobby area and coffee available 24/7.

I stayed at the Quality Inn in Shallotte near Ocean Isle Beach, and honestly, it was a great experience. The place was super clean, the staff was really friendly, and checking in was quick and easy. My room felt fresh and well taken care of, and the whole hotel was kept in good shape. One thing I loved was how quiet it was. It felt calm and relaxing, and I slept really well. Overall, I liked everything about my stay and would definitely come back.

We were with our High School team, who were competing at a local event the next day. I worked with Joanne on setting up our reservation and , she did a wonderful job from setting up the reservations, making sure the rooms were ready to go. All the staff we encountered were helpful, friendly and professional. Quiet and well maintained hotel, right off 17, with plenty of restaurants near by. Rooms are standard, but well maintained and in excellent condition. Wi-Fi is fast and stable. We would like the thank the entire team, especially Joanne, for making our stay comfortable. We will return next year.

Don't stay at this hotel if you want your privacy. We placed the tag on the door requesting privacy and it was ignored and someone came in while we were out of the room. Coffee and breakfast are not good either so best to spend a little more for a better place to stay where they respect a request for privacy and decent coffee.
