Quality Inn Roanoke Airport

Breakfast was actually decent. First hotel/motel I’ve seen where you can’t take your continental breakfast back to your room. You have to eat the breakfast in the dining area. Website said pet(s) fee, implying multiple animals or animals of different kind up to (2) pet(s). Should say dogs only, because that’s all they allow. Room was okay I paid $159 for 2 nights smoking room. For a couple bucks more probably could’ve stayed somewhere a bit nicer. Housekeeping could do a deep clean once every 6 months so prevent buildup. Check-in was simple. Wasn’t too much noise at night. Maybe there are better rooms in the hotel depending on availability. Price should’ve been $110-max for the cleanliness. Floor was nasty. Toilet paper was not replaced.

Good price and great location. The bathroom is in need of renovation. It might have been clean but it looked grungy. The whole room needs to have the walls washed. Beds, pillows, and linens were fresh, comfortable and clean. Was nice to have a fridge and coffee maker. WiFi signal was strong.

The room has 4 lamps...only one worked... and it was furthest from the door. Towels looked dirty and shower curtains has not been changed in a few weeks by the looks. Shampoo was empty and a single bar soap was provided. After my shower... I had to get redressed as there was no tv remote. I was afraid to look in the microwave and fridge....I've stayed here before and it gas never been so bad...

The owner is great. High energy ,very polite ,and positive. The staff is very hard working , especially the groundskeeper who works all day every day with a smile on his face. Great check in service, especially this beautiful young lady Meg who is always smiling, and checking people in at break neck speeds

My room was very clean. It's quiet. Plenty of truck parking. Full size pillows, not them tiny square ones. I normally don't stay in rooms with doors outside but this hotel made my stay very comfortable. Enjoyed the view of the mountains while eating breakfast.
