Quality Inn Raynham - Taunton

Rented a room here on NYE. I arrive for my scheduled check in. I was there about 4:00 pm. I walk in and no one was anywhere in sight. I stood there for the better part of 10 minutes, when a woman came back to the desk. She didn't seem too enthusiastic about her job, and was watching a movie on something she brought to work. The movie was playing when I walked in. She checks me in, I proceed to the room, the rooms are very small, and it was very cold in the room. I turned the heating unit on, however, it takes a while for the room to become warm. The bathrooms are even smaller. The bathroom doors almost brush against the toilet. The showers are not tubs, they are stalls with tiled floors, and were not very clean. The guest in the room next door to me had their television turned all the way

I stayed for two nights and overall the hotel itself was nice, but I did experience several issues during my stay. When we checked in, the front desk staff gave us incorrect directions to our room, which caused us to walk around for a while before finding it. I have health and leg problems, so that was especially difficult. I also had an unpleasant encounter with one of the cleaning staff members who was very rude to me and my friend, which felt unprofessional. The beds were extremely firm and the pillows had almost no support. The TV was also difficult to use and neither Netflix nor YouTube would load properly. An interesting thing happened to me yesterday in Taunton. I realize the town is no gem, nor surrounding towns. ||I had booked a room for 2 nights at the Quality in so I could attend and work at the Bull Terrier Club of the NE's weekend show.| I got to check-in around 6:15. Got my keys and drove around to where my room was.||To me it appeared it was full of people who were living there. Walking around in bare feet or slippers. Dressed like Walmart rejects. All smoking a few things. Teenagers pushing babies in strollers just walking around. Several small cars would pull up and leave. A constant change in faces. The hallway itself smelled to high heaven of some heavily perfumed masking odor. As well as the smell of something cooking that was plain gross. Paint was peeling off all the doors a

I stayed at the quality inn in raynham Massachusetts. It was a world of difference from the 2 star rating they had been given before their renovations and upgrades. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. I instantly felt like I was a long time valued customer. From the moment I walked in the lobby I felt the stress leave me after a long and stressful ordeal. I will travel dozens of miles and pass many many hotels to come here.

For a Quality Inn hotel, this location was clean, room was okay and it didn't smell. We were in room 144 late September. We came up for a Patriots game. The room was fine to spend the night. It was 25 minutes from the stadium. Remember the level of hotel you're booking. I felt it was safe and fine for a short trip. C they had hot coffee, egg/sausage muffins and juice for breakfast.
