Courtyard by Marriott Boston Raynham

We arrived hungry after a long travel day, understanding that the bistro hours went til 10 (per website). We went to order at 930 and were told, kitchen was closed so that he could clean and be out by 10. Air conditioner never made the room cool. Lotion container was mostly empty. Bathroom lighting really bad. Definitely would not return.

Absolutely terrible hotel. Heater fan was squeaking all night long waking you up every time it came on. In the morning was getting ready to check out and my 11 month old|Child found a vape laying on the floor that had fallen out of the couch from a previous guest. Brought all this up to the front door t deal upon check out and was told sorry we didn’t do better. Wait a week for the manager to reach out and received a sorry.

Upon a very late arrival the room provided had a very bad mildewy smell which was masked by the cold air. As the room warmed up the smell intensified which made it hard to sleep. The following morning I spoke with the front desk person who was apologetic. She had the housekeeping manager show me 2 rooms to pick from, which I ended up switching to a newer refurbished room. Be aware that this is an older hotel and although it is nonsmoking, the rooms are carpeted and some do have a stench of smoke. The lobby was very nice with a huge lounging area. The kitchen had good coffee and pastries. There are many stores and restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Not a pleasant experience. We were first put in a handicap room which had an odor . Then we were told at first we couldn’t change rooms because we had booked through Expedia ! Next day they did allow us to change our room ! Don’t understand how we ended up through Expedia when we went to the website of the hotel ! Evidently we were not the first people this has happened to ! Then it cost us.over $8 for two cups of coffee ! The rooms seem old . It is not a place we would stay again.

Rooms are just OK. Nothing special. No micro wave, small frige. I suppose they want you to eat at their bistro. Food is OK, but expensive. No pool, or wet room. Definitely no frills. No continental breakfast or anything. Just a place to sleep.
